About me

Hi. I’m Stephan . I’m Belgian and I  live and work in Brussels. In my job, I am a software architect and an agile coach. I am deeply interested in software development processes and methodologies and particularly fond of Agile Software Development, Lean Software Development, and Kanban. I am also experienced in the Rational Unified Process and Prince2. Technically speaking, much of my professional experience is in Java and mostly JEE. Nevertheless, I started my career in Microsoft Technologies and dynamic languages. I also love dynamic languages such as Groovy and Ruby. I am also deeply interested in the Software Craftsmanship movement because of the values it promotes and because I love clean code 🙂 Besides computer science, I am also much into music and also like reading some philosophy, sociology and anything else that piques my interest.

    Hi Stephan,

I read your article “Comparing Java Mock Framework”.
I take care to JMock and i want to mock a Object that has a static method.
JMock not support, but it can delegate the call to the real implementation.
I don’t understand.Could you please make a example for this case?
    Thanks so much.
